The EK5-Access Control Reader is a proximity reader that reads Bluetooth cell phones and other devices and creates a standard 26 bit Wiegand message with configurable site code.

• Tune the range from 1m (3 feet) for doors or 10m (30 feet) for gates.
• Send virtual Wiegand card number when in range automatically for all Bluetooth devices in range
• Wireless communication from the cell phone to the EK5 reader allows the EK5 to be installed on the inside to avoid issues of vandalism or weather proofing.
• Weather proof for easy installation for gates.
• Configure the Range, Name, Site (Facilities) Code
• Use file transfer to configure from the phone. No special software required.
